Our regular clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, and Saturday, 8:30am–11:00am.

If you need assistance outside of these hours, please call our clinic on 07 4667 1176 to be connected with VetChat, our 24/7 after-hours veterinary phone advice service. A small fee applies for this service. VetChat provides professional advice and peace of mind, can help you decide whether your pet needs immediate emergency care or if it is safe to wait until we reopen, and can offer guidance on administering common medications you may already have at home.

This practice is dedicated to referral and emergency veterinary practice and because it is open 24 hours a day it gives your pet the opportunity to be cared for by experienced vets and nurses when Condamine Vet Clinic is closed.

All cases attended as an emergency at REDVets will have their details sent through to us when we are next open.

Most pets never require emergency after-hours assistance however it is a relief to know that this help is available if required.
